I think I saw a caution sign on that vehicle with the flies. This one said "Caution, Keep Hands Clear...Slow-Moving Vehicle." I think they usually hang these types of signs on very large, powerful equipment. I think these vehicles move slowly because they are so big...no wonder they collect flies!
